Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a shipping error occurs contact us and the issue will attempted to be resolved.If an order is sent out with incorrect information and the package(s) is delivered to the incorrect address or is lost Blessings Hair Oil Co is not responsible. A refund will not be provided. If an order is sent back due to incorrect shipping information customer will be charged a $3.00 re-shipping fee.

Tracking: Once an order is confirmed a confirmation code will be sent to the email provided. Tracking numbers are sent to email provided once an order is processed and shipped.

Damaged Packages: If an order is damaged upon arrival of its destination the customer must submit a claim with proof of damage via email within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery.
